No Show, Late Cancellation or Late Change fees
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.

A 50% fee of your total treatment cost may be charged in the situation of a no show, late cancellation or late change to your appointment. This will be applied to your next appointment.
Late Arrival
We understand that unexpected delays can happen, but to ensure fairness and minimal disruption to all our clients:

Arriving Late: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your service may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.

Late by 10 Minutes or More: Clients arriving 10 minutes or more after the scheduled start time risk forfeiting their appointment. In this case, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and a 50% fee of the total treatment cost will apply. This fee will be added to your next appointment.
