​Smooth Pass (Brazilian Wax Membership) FAQs

What is the Smooth Pass?

The Smooth Pass is a monthly membership that provides one Brazilian wax per month along with 10% off all other services at The Wax Room Bayside.

How much does the Smooth Pass cost?

It’s $49 per month, billed automatically.

Can I carry unused waxes over to the next month?

No, the membership entitles you to one Brazilian wax per month, and unused sessions will not carry over.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can cancel anytime, but make sure to do so before your next billing cycle.

How do I cancel my membership?

Simply find the email you received from The Wax Room Bayside when you subscribed or any of your email tax invoices, click on the manage subscription button, and follow the prompts. Alternatively, you can email or SMS me and I will action on your behalf.

Can my membership be put on hold?

No sorry, we can't put this on hold. If there's an extended period (e.g. 3 month holiday) where you know you can't get treatments, you may be better off cancelling and signing back up again when you can. 

What if I want more than one wax in a month?

You can book additional waxes services (e.g. eyebrows, legs, arms) at the 10% discounted rate.

How do I book my appointments?

Simply book online, or send me a message. 

Can I use the discount on all services?

Yes! The 10% discount applies to all services, including spray tans, lash tints, and other waxing treatments.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

We send SMS confirmation message and reminders in the lead up to your appointment. If you can’t make your appointment you can reschedule within 24 hours. If you forget to reschedule and miss your appointment, you will forfeit your monthly treatment.

Will I get treatment times that suit me?

We recommend booking all of your treatments in advance to secure your preferred day and time.

 

Smooth Pass Terms & Conditions

Membership Entitlement: The membership covers one Brazilian wax per calendar month. Unused treatments will not roll over to the next month.

Billing & Payment: Payments are processed automatically each month via the provided payment method. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account when the payment is due to be processed.

Membership Cancellation: Clients can cancel their subscription anytime. They can't be put on hold.

Discounts: The 10% discount applies to all additional services but cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or loyalty discounts.

Appointment Availability: Appointments are subject to availability. Book early to secure preferred times.

No show / late change / late cancellations: A 50% fee of your total treatment cost may be charged in the situation of a no show, late cancellation or late change to your appointment. This will be applied to your next appointment.

No Refunds: Missed appointments are non-refundable.

Non-Transferable: Memberships are non-transferable and must be used by the subscriber.

What is the Unlimited Tan Pass?

The Unlimited Tan Pass offers unlimited spray tans for $90 per month, with one session allowed every 7 days. Members also enjoy 10% off other services.

How often can I get a spray tan?

You can book one spray tan every 7 days to ensure the best results and even coverage.

Can I cancel the Unlimited Tan Pass?

Yes! You can cancel anytime, but make sure to do so before your next billing cycle.
